As already mentioned in my article entitled "List Of Province In Indonesia" that the province of Bengkulu is divided into 10 cities and regencies. Where 9 of them are regencies and the remaining 1 is city. In this article, I will give you the list of those city and regencies existing in Bengkulu province. But, let me tell you first what is the differences between city and regency. Briefly, the differences between cities and regencies can be seen from the life of the residents, where the residents of a city are usually more develop than the resident of a regency. Other than that, there are still some point that becomes differences between city and regency.
Here are the difference between city and regency that I present in table form:

1. South Bengkulu Regency
South Begkulu Regency is one of regencies in Bengkulu province whose its central goverment located in Kota Manna. South Bengkulu Regency is currently led by a regent which name is Dirwan Mahmud. South Bengkulu Regency has an area of 1180 km2 which divided into 11 districts (we call it "kecamatan"). Those 11 districts are then divided again into 158 sub-district (we call it "kelurahan/desa").
2. Central Bengkulu Regency
Central Bengkulu Regency is one of regencies in Bengkulu province whose its central goverment located in Karang Tinggi. Central Bengkulu Regency is currently led by a regent which name is Ferry Ramli. Central Bengkulu Regency has an area of 1223 km2 which divided into 10 districts (we call it "kecamatan"). Those 10 districts are then divided again into 143 sub-district (we call it "kelurahan/desa").
3. North Bengkulu Regency
North Bengkulu Regency is one of regencies in Bengkulu province whose its central goverment located in Arga Makmur. North Bengkulu Regency is currently led by a regent which name is Mian. North Bengkulu Regency has an area of 5549 km2 which divided into 15 districts (we call it "kecamatan"). Those 15 districts are then divided again into 220 sub-district (we call it "kelurahan/desa").
4. Kaur Regency
Kaur Regency is one of regencies in Bengkulu province whose its central goverment located in Bintuhan. Kaur Regency is currently led by a regent which name is Gusril Fauzi. Kaur Regency has an area of 2369 km2 which divided into 15 districts (we call it "kecamatan"). Those 15 districts are then divided again into 195 sub-district (we call it "kelurahan/desa").
5. Kepahiang Regency
Kepahiang Regency is one of regencies in Bengkulu province whose its central goverment located in Kepahiang District. Kepahiang Regency is currently led by a regent which name is Hidayatullah Sjahid. Kepahiang Regency has an area of 704 km2 which divided into 8 districts (we call it "kecamatan"). Those 8 districts are then divided again into 117 sub-district (we call it "kelurahan/desa").
6. Lebong Regency
Lebong Regency is one of regencies in Bengkulu province whose its central goverment located in Muara Aman District. Lebong Regency is currently led by a regent which name is Rosjonsyah Syahili. Lebong Regency has an area of 1929 km2 which divided into 15 districts (we call it "kecamatan"). Those 15 districts are then divided again into 151 sub-district (we call it "kelurahan/desa").
7. Mukomuko Regency
Mukomuko Regency is one of regencies in Bengkulu province whose its central goverment located in Mukomuko district. Mukomuko Regency is currently led by a regent which name is Choirul Huda. Mukomuko Regency has an area of 4037 km2 which divided into 13 districts (we call it "kecamatan").
8. Rejang Lebong Regency
Rejang Lebong Regency is one of regencies in Bengkulu province whose its central goverment located in Curup. Rejang Lebong Regency is currently led by a regent which name is Ahmad Hijazi. Rejang Lebong Regency has an area of 1476 km2 which divided into 15 districts (we call it "kecamatan"). Those 15 districts are then divided again into 256 sub-district (we call it "kelurahan/desa").

9. Seluma Regency
Seluma Regency is one of regencies in Bengkulu province whose its central goverment located in Tais. Seluma Regency is currently led by a regent which name is Bundra Jaya. Seluma Regency has an area of 6461 km2 which divided into 14 districts (we call it "kecamatan"). Those 14 districts are then divided again into 202 sub-district (we call it "kelurahan/desa").
10. Bengkulu City
Bengkulu City is the only one city in Bengkulu province. Bengkulu City is currently led by a mayor which name is Helmi Hasan. Bengkulu City has an area of 144,5 km2 which divided into 9 districts (we call it "kecamatan"). Those 9 districts are then divided again into 67 sub-district (we call it "kelurahan/desa").
