List Of Cities And Regencies In West Nusa Tenggara Province


As already mentioned in my article entitled "List Of Province In Indonesia" that the province of West Nusa Tenggara is divided into 10 cities and regencies. Where 8 of them are regencies and the remaining 2 are cities. In this article, I will give you the list of those city and regencies existing in West Nusa Tenggara province. But, let me tell you first what is the differences between city and regency. Briefly, the differences between cities and regencies can be seen from the life of the residents, where the residents of a city are usually more develop than the resident of a regency. Other than that, there are still some point that becomes differences between city and regency.

Here are the difference between city and regency that I present in table form:

1. Bima Regency 

Bima Regency is one of regencies in West Nusa Tenggara province whose its central goverment located in Woha. Bima Regency is currently led by a regent which name is Indah Damayanti Putri. Bima Regency has an area of 4389 km2 which divided into 14 districts (we call it "kecamatan"). Those 14 districts are then divided again into 150 sub-district (we call it "kelurahan/desa").

2. Dompu Regency 

Dompu Regency is one of regencies in West Nusa Tenggara province whose its central goverment located in Dompu District. Dompu Regency is currently led by a regent which name is Bambang M. Yasin. Dompu Regency has an area of 2321 km2 which divided into 8 districts (we call it "kecamatan"). Those 8 districts are then divided again into 71 sub-district (we call it "kelurahan/desa").

3. West Lombok Regency 

West Lombok Regency is one of regencies in West Nusa Tenggara province whose its central goverment located in Gerung. West Lombok Regency is currently led by a regent which name is Fauzan Khalid. West Lombok Regency has an area of 1053 km2 which divided into 9 districts (we call it "kecamatan"). Those 9 districts are then divided again into 148 sub-district (we call it "kelurahan/desa").

4. Central Lombok Regency 

Central Lombok Regency is one of regencies in West Nusa Tenggara province whose its central goverment located in Praya district. Central Lombok Regency is currently led by a regent which name is Suhaili Fadhil Thohir. Central Lombok Regency has an area of 1208 km2 which divided into 12 districts (we call it "kecamatan"). Those 12 districts are then divided again into 107 sub-district (we call it "kelurahan/desa").

5. East Lombok Regency 

East Lombok Regency is one of regencies in West Nusa Tenggara province whose its central goverment located in Selong District. East Lombok Regency is currently led by a regent which name is Ali Bin Dachlan. East Lombok Regency has an area of 1605 km2 which divided into 20 districts (we call it "kecamatan"). Those 20 districts are then divided again into 109 sub-district (we call it "kelurahan/desa").

6. North Lombok Regency 

North Lombok Regency is one of regencies in West Nusa Tenggara province whose its central goverment located in Tanjung District. North Lombok Regency is currently led by a regent which name is Najmul Akhyar. North Lombok Regency has an area of 809 km2 which divided into 5 districts (we call it "kecamatan"). Those 5 districts are then divided again into 33 sub-district (we call it "kelurahan/desa").

7. Sumbawa Regency 

Sumbawa Regency is one of regencies in West Nusa Tenggara province whose its central goverment located in Sumbawa Besar district. Sumbawa Regency is currently led by a regent which name is Husni Jibril. Sumbawa Regency has an area of 6643 km2 which divided into 24 districts (we call it "kecamatan"). Those 24 districts are then divided again into 152 sub-district (we call it "kelurahan/desa").

8. West Sumbawa Regency 

West Sumbawa Regency is one of regencies in West Nusa Tenggara province whose its central goverment located in Taliwang district. West Sumbawa Regency is currently led by a regent which name is W. Musyarifin. West Sumbawa Regency has an area of 1636 km2 which divided into 8 districts (we call it "kecamatan").

9. Bima City

Bima City is the one of cities in West Nusa Tenggara province. Bima City is currently led by a mayor which name is Qurais H. Abidin. Bima City has an area of 222,25 km2 which divided into 5 districts (we call it "kecamatan").

10. Mataram City

Mataram City is the one of cities in West Nusa Tenggara province. Mataram City is currently led by a mayor which name is Ahyar Abduh. Mataram City has an area of 61,3 km2 which divided into 6 districts (we call it "kecamatan").

But, let me tell you first what is the differences between city and regency. Badung Regency has an area of 420 km2 which divided into 6 districts (we call it "kecamatan"). Those 6 districts are then divided again into 63 sub-district (we call it "kelurahan/desa").

2. Bangli Regency 

Bangli Regency is one of regencies in Bali province whose its central goverment located in Bangli District. Bangli Regency is currently led by a regent which name is I Made Gianyar. Bangli Regency has an area of 520 km2 which divided into 4 districts (we call it "kecamatan").

3. Buleleng Regency 

Buleleng Regency is one of regencies in Bali province whose its central goverment located in Singaraja. Buleleng Regency is currently led by a regent which name is Putu Agus Suradnyana. Buleleng Regency has an area of 1365 km2 which divided into 9 districts (we call it "kecamatan"). Those 9 districts are then divided again into 148 sub-district (we call it "kelurahan/desa").

4. Gianyar Regency 

Gianyar Regency is one of regencies in Bali province whose its central goverment located in Gianyar district. Gianyar Regency is currently led by a regent which name is Anak Agung Gde Agung Bharata. Gianyar Regency has an area of 368 km2 which divided into 7 districts (we call it "kecamatan"). Those 7 districts are then divided again into 76 sub-district (we call it "kelurahan/desa").

5. Jembrana Regency 

Jembrana Regency is one of regencies in Bali province whose its central goverment located in Negara District. Jembrana Regency is currently led by a regent which name is I Putu Artha. Jembrana Regency has an area of 841 km2 which divided into 5 districts (we call it "kecamatan"). Those 5 districts are then divided again into 51 sub-district (we call it "kelurahan/desa").

6. Karangasem Regency 

Karangasem Regency is one of regencies in Bali province whose its central goverment located in Amlapura District. Karangasem Regency is currently led by a regent which name is I Gusti Ayu Mas Sumatri. Karangasem Regency has an area of 839 km2 which divided into 8 districts (we call it "kecamatan"). Those 8 districts are then divided again into 78 sub-district (we call it "kelurahan/desa").

7. Klungkung Regency 

Klungkung Regency is one of regencies in Bali province whose its central goverment located in Klungkung district. Klungkung Regency is currently led by a regent which name is I Nyoman Suwirta. Klungkung Regency has an area of 315 km2 which divided into 4 districts (we call it "kecamatan").

8. Tabanan Regency 

Tabanan Regency is one of regencies in Bali province whose its central goverment located in Tabanan district. Tabanan Regency is currently led by a regent which name is Ni Putu Eka Wiryastuti. Tabanan Regency has an area of 839 km2 which divided into 10 districts (we call it "kecamatan"). Those 10 districts are then divided again into 446 sub-district (we call it "kelurahan/desa").

9. Denpasar City

Denpasar City is the only one city in Bali province. Denpasar City is currently led by a mayor which name is Ida Bagus Rai Dharmawijaya Mantra. Denpasar City has an area of 127,78 km2 which divided into 4 districts (we call it "kecamatan"). Those 4 districts are then divided again into 43 sub-district (we call it "kelurahan/desa").

But, let me tell you first what is the differences between city and regency. 33. Madiun City

Madiun City is one of cities in East Java province. Madiun City is currently led by a mayor which name is Sugeng Rismiyanto. 34. Malang City

Malang City is one of cities in East Java province. Malang City is currently led by a mayor which name is Mochammad Anton. Malang City has an area of 145,28 km2 which divided into 5 districts (we call it "kecamatan"). Those 5 districts are then divided again into 57 sub-district (we call it "kelurahan/desa").

35. Mojokerto City

Mojokerto City is one of cities in East Java province. Mojokerto City is currently led by a mayor which name is Mas'ud Yunus. 5. Yogyakarta City

Yogyakarta City is the only one city in Special Region Of Yogyakarta province. Yogyakarta City is currently led by a mayor which name is Haryadi Suyuti. Yogyakarta City has an area of 32,5 km2 which divided into 14 districts (we call it "kecamatan"). Those 14 districts are then divided again into 45 sub-district (we call it "kelurahan/desa").

List Of Cities And Regencies In Central Java Province

As already mentioned in my article entitled "List Of Province In Indonesia" that the province of Central Java is divided into 35 cities and regencies. Where 29 of them are regencies and the remaining 6 are cities. In this article, I will give you the list of those cities and regencies existing in Central Java province. But, let me tell you first what is the differences between city and regency. Briefly, the differences between cities and regencies can be seen from the life of the residents, where the residents of a city are usually more develop than the resident of a regency. Other than that, there are still some point that becomes differences between city and regency.

Here are the difference between city and regency that I present in table form:

In this article, I will give you the list of those cities and regencies existing in Special Capital Region Of Jakarta province. But, let me tell you first what is the differences between city and regency. Briefly, the differences between cities and regencies can be seen from the life of the residents, where the residents of a city are usually more develop than the resident of a regency. Other than that, there are still some point that becomes differences between city and regency.
